Tingsha Bells & Cases Page
Tingshas are composed of two handmade bell cymbals that are used in meditation, healing, aura and environment cleansing. They are sounded by tapping each small cymbal together at the edge for a crystal pure, bell tone.
The Tingsha tones awakens awareness and stimulates the healing process. Tingshas bells have also been used for centuries for religious ceremonies in the Himalayan regions.
